Certificates Awarded at the End of the General Turkish Course
In our General Turkish courses, students who successfully pass the level assessment exam conducted at the end of each course level are awarded a Turkish Language Certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education.

Our General Turkish courses for international learners are structured from A1 to C1 levels in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Our programmes aim to develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a balanced, measurable, and functional manner at every level.

C1 – Advanced Level
Learners can understand long and academically demanding texts and recognise implicit meanings. They can use Turkish flexibly and effectively in social, academic, and professional contexts and produce well-structured, coherent, and detailed texts on complex subjects.
B2 – Upper-Intermediate Level
Learners can confidently understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics. They can participate in technical discussions in their field and interact fluently with native Turkish speakers, producing clear, detailed, and well-reasoned texts.
B1 – Intermediate Level
Learners can understand the main points of standard input on familiar topics. They can handle most situations likely to arise in Turkish-speaking environments and express experiences, plans, and opinions in a clear and connected manner.
A2 – Elementary Level
Learners can understand frequently used expressions related to everyday life. They can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring direct information exchange and describe their background, environment, and basic needs in simple terms.
A1 – Beginner Level
Learners can understand and use very basic expressions and simple sentences related to immediate needs. They can introduce themselves and others, ask and answer basic questions, and communicate at a basic level when the interlocutor speaks slowly and clearly.

Course Fees
- A1 / A2 (4 weeks / 80 lessons): €480
- B1 / B2 / C1 (6 weeks / 144 lessons): €860
Lesson duration is 40 minutes and the fee is €6 per lesson.
For domestic bank transfers within Turkey, the invoice is issued as €6 + 20% VAT.
The TRY equivalent of the Euro amount stated on the invoice is calculated based on the
exchange rate of our partner bank on the payment date.
This fee includes one-to-one instruction, supervision of homework and writing assignments throughout
the course, continuous feedback and progress tracking, and the opportunity to ask questions via
WhatsApp between lessons.
Our in-person General Turkish courses are conducted in İstanbul, in Şişli, at partner educational institutions approved by the Turkish Ministry of National Education.
TURKCESTAN is fully responsible for the academic curriculum, teacher selection, delivery of instruction, and all assessment and evaluation processes.
